It is the story of a man who has always believed in innovation and who knew how to revolutionize his market. He began with a traditional mill that crushed local and imported barley to produce barley semolina and became a key player in the grain industry.

The growth of the group is linked to the ambitions, values and stability of a family. Its history is a succession of achievements carried out by a visionary founder.

1978

THE BEGINNING

The family story begins in Casablanca with: • Its first barley mill in 1978 • The durum wheat mill in 1990 • The second barley mill in 1997.

2003 - 2006

DEPLOYMENT

• Creation of CASAGRAINS with a large storage capacity of 81,000 tons • Implementation of a distribution platform for cereals and raw materials for livestock and poultry • Launch of BODOR MILLS, leader in the durum wheat semolina industry.

2008

INTEGRATION

• NOUVELLE HADID: specialization in wheat milling with a capacity of 350 tons/day • CASAGRAINS LOGISTICS & DAILY DISTRIBUTION: logistics optimization • SAHEL Mill: barley mill • KAYNA GROUP: first modern industrial pasta and couscous complex.

2010 - 2014

DIVERSIFICATION

• Acquisition of SN EDDIK (animal feed) • Launch of COUVOIRS RHAMNA and 4 breeding farms in partnership with HY-LINE (global leader) • Acquisition of IMANDY MILLS (770 tons/day) and construction of one of Morocco's largest silos by IMANDY GRAINS (120,000 tons).

2016

INTERNATIONALIZATION

• Signing of the first joint venture in West Africa dedicated to the poultry industry with SOMMAVI • Signing of a second joint venture in Mauritania with local partners (SMV) and construction of an integrated poultry complex.

2020 - 2021

GROWTH

• Launch of EDDIK, industrial unit specialized in compound animal feed • New pasta and couscous production lines and strengthening of the poultry sector.

2024

VISION

• Launch of a new joint venture in Senegal: GRANDE SEMOULERIE DU SÉNÉGAL • Increase in pasta and couscous production capacity • Increase in animal feed capacity • Launch of packaging plant construction to complete the Group's integration • Strengthening of group governance and supervision.
