The launch of BODOR MILLS changed the traditional way of milling process to a level of expertise enabling people to find new products and services they will need for the growing population throughout Morocco.

BODOR MILLS, established in Casablanca as a major player in the agri-food industry in Morocco.

Since the beginning, the industrial mill, specialized in crushing durum wheat, has produced coarse semolina, fine semolina, finot, special white flour and ordinary flour.

Through a direct sales strategy targeting wholesalers, large and medium-sized retailers, as well as other pasta and couscous companies, NOR’DAR brand products are known for their quality and dynamism in the Moroccan market.

With a production capacity of 500 tons per day and a storage capacity of 20,000 tons, BODOR MILLS’ 15,000m² plant employs a total of 140 people, offering a privileged position to become a preferred supplier of durum wheat and its derivatives to bakeries, food industries, as well as national and international distributors.

With these considerable assets, BODOR MILLS provides superior quality products and optimized distribution logistics with a fleet of 30 trucks meeting the needs of its most demanding customers.
